You're paying three taxes every week. Most operators don't see them.

1. The Text Message Black Hole

A customer texts the business cell. You're in an attic. By the time you see it, they booked someone else. Industry data says owner-operators lose $200–800 a week to this alone.

2. The No-Show Tax

Tech sits idle for 90 minutes because the customer forgot. $150–400 each time. Happens 2–4 times a week per truck.

3. The Review Desert

You did 47 jobs last month. Got 2 reviews. Your competitor has 200 reviews and worse work. They ask. You don't.

This kit fixes those three problems. Not all the problems. These three.

Is this for you?

This is for you if:

  • You're a 1–10 employee HVAC, plumbing, or electrical shop
  • You answer your own phone (or your spouse does)
  • You use Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or pen-and-paper
  • You've thought about getting your admin chaos under control

This is NOT for you if:

  • You run a 25+ employee shop with a dispatch team
  • You want a done-for-you AI agency setup
  • You think AI is going to replace your techs
  • You won't read 23 pages and run a 30-min setup

Here's one of the 15 systems. Real one — not a watered-down sample.

PROMPT — Inbound Text Triage You are an experienced service business dispatcher. Below is an inbound text message from a customer. Your job is to draft a 2-line reply that does these three things in order:

1. Acknowledge their message specifically (reference what they said)
2. Give them a clear next step (what happens next, when)
3. Set the right expectation for response time

RULES:
- Under 280 characters
- No "Thank you for reaching out" — sounds corporate
- No emojis unless they used one first
- If their message indicates an emergency, flag URGENT
- Match their tone: short message gets short reply

Customer message: [PASTE TEXT]
My business name: [BUSINESS NAME]
My response window: [E.G., "WITHIN 2 HOURS"]

That's prompt 1 of 15. The kit also includes the worked examples, the common mistakes, and the operator-tested phrases to add when ChatGPT goes generic.

What this kit will NOT do.

AI doesn't diagnose a broken compressor or a slab leak. It hallucinates part numbers — never auto-send AI-drafted estimates without reading them. It doesn't know your service area, your codes, or your supplier deals. Customer-facing replies still need a 30-second human review before sending.

If anyone selling you AI tools doesn't tell you these things up front, they're selling you a problem, not a solution.

This kit is built to handle the 80% of admin chaos that's the same in every service shop. It will not replace your judgment, your techs, or your relationships. Use it as a tool. Not a magic wand.

Run one system this week. Save more than the kit costs by Friday.

Common questions.

Will this work with my dispatch software?
Yes. The kit is software-agnostic. The prompts and templates work alongside Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or pen-and-paper. You're not replacing your dispatch tool — you're adding AI workflows on top of it.
Do I need ChatGPT Plus?
No. The free tier of ChatGPT runs every prompt in the kit. ChatGPT Plus ($20/month) is faster and slightly better, but not required. Same for Claude (free tier works) or Gemini.
I've never used AI. Can I still use this?
Yes. The kit assumes zero AI experience. Section 1.4 walks through setting up a free ChatGPT account in under 5 minutes. After that, every system is copy-paste-execute. If you can text on your phone, you can run this kit.
Is this just a list of prompts I could find on Reddit?
No. Free prompt lists give you the prompt and nothing else. The kit gives you: the prompt, what to put in every variable, what good output looks like, the 4 worked examples per prompt, the common mistakes operators make, and the timing/sequencing of when to deploy each system. The prompts are 20% of the value. The operating context around them is the other 80%.
Will my customers know it's AI?
Not if you do the 30-second human review I tell you to do. Every customer-facing template and prompt in the kit is structured to read like an operator wrote it. The kit specifically tells you the AI tells (phrases like "Thank you for reaching out") and how to strip them.
Can I share this with my office manager / spouse?
One license is one shop. Your office manager, spouse, dispatcher, or partner who works in your business can use the kit — that's the whole point. What you can't do is share it with another shop owner.
What if it doesn't work for my shop?
14-day refund, no questions, keep the file. Reply to your purchase email and you get the money back same day. The only thing I ask: tell me one sentence about why it didn't fit. That's how the kit gets better.
